First let me tell you I'm pointing at the following case of RNG casino software openly cheating on players because it is properly documented, not merely anecdotal or based on a losing streak.

For full understanding you have to remember an online casino operation may be run by one company and their software provider by another different company. Once again, relying on such "Winning coefficient" as a base for calculations for that's their lock-in profit for them to take since the cheating RNG software ensures there is no way for players to alter their fixed profit amount (hence they can cashout right away) since it will prevent the possibility of players winning any of it due to the otherwise normal fluctuations of the game!
